  So Mahama has repented of his Take or Pay contracts his government recklessly signed. Why didn't John Jinapor, who signed most of these contracts announce this. Look, the whole thing looks like using one hand to give Ghanaians candy and using another hand to steal it from us. They are reducing the fixed cost yet they have already increased the variable cost.
