Are we surprised? NPP sees nothing good in anything good.
Is the NPP saying they didn't participate in the Bill at the committee level? Their populist approach is rather exposing them to public ridicule and opprobrium. These guys are enemies of Ghana since Inception.

Justice Anna's 1992-1996 Parliament was far better than this current one,I think the Speaker and the Majority Leaders are not after any Illustrious history so discerning Ghanaians better forget them.
This is why i always have problems with this NPP folks. You claim Prez. Mahama assent to flawed cocoabod bill yet you failed to point out those flaws identified in your communique so how do we take you serious?
Since NPP members are cocoa farmers the reasonable thing NPP to do is to design a good policy to protect the cocoa sector but but for 8 good years they failed the cocoa farmers
