  I FAIL TO SEE THE LOGIC IN GOING PUBLIC WITH THIS LEGAL OPTION INTIMIDATION. IF THE GOVERNMENT REFUSES TO EXTEND THEIR LICENCE AND IF THEY FEEL THEY HAVE A LEGAL OPTION, THEY CAN GO FOR IT THEN.
  
  THE ONLY REASON GOLDFIELD IS GOING PUBLIC WITH THIS THREAT IS TO INTIMIDATE THE GOVERNMENT, WHICH TELLS YOU GOLDFIELD'S AGGRESSIVENESS TOWARDS RETAINING OUR GOLD.
  
  THE RENEWAL WAS NOT MADE AUTOMATIC WHEN GOLGFIELD SIGNED THE AGREEMENT SOME DECADES AGO, SO IS GOLDFIELD TRYING TO MAKE IT OUT TO BE AN AUTOMATIC RENEWAL?
  
  THE GHANA GOVERNMENT HAS THE RIGHT TO TAKE BACK ITS LAND OR RENEW IT. THAT IS THE GOVERNMENT'S SOLE PREROGATIVE.
  
  GIVEN THEIR POSTURE, IF WE RENEW THEIR LICENCE, THE WHOLE WORLD WOULD SAY GHANA IS ALL TALK AND NO BITE, AND THAT GOLDFIELD USED INTIMIDATION OF LEGAL THREAT TO COW THE GHANAIAN GOVERNMENT INTO SUBMISSION.
