  Are residents benefiting from the fall of the dollar, or is it a scam? Prices are rising and the dollar is falling. It doesn't add up. Clearly, the dollar figure is a scheme to fool us. Prices must come down if the dollar is low as we are told. Our exchange rate rises and falls like a yoyo, not matching international standards.
