Why will Saib be taking advise from the World Bank which has realised and against the idea that, under the GoldBod, Ghana is now practising a Ghana beyond aid. Can you imagine the construction of Accra Kumasi Express Way without any foreign loan or a dime from the World Bank. Ghana is now walking the talk. Ghana beyond Aid, ampa!!!
