  Industrialization in USA, Europe and Asia took the form of state owned industries from the early 1960s, which were later transferred to the private sector which owners were citizens of their countries.
  In Africa we have through the Breton Wood Institutions collapsed our industries and even those sold to foreign private companies are not performing or have totally collapsed.
  When one visits the North and South Industrial Area, Accra it shows the picture of foreigners coming into Ghana to buy state companies, let them rost, then import the same products they are meant to produce from their countries.
