We're not serious in Ghana. We are so foolish and cheap that any Homo sapien with a fair skin will gain out trust and respect, but not for our own kind. At the end, it will be the Chinese who will make their profit out of Ghana and repatriate the profit back to their foreign accounts. The African, especially the Ghanaian is cursed into foolishness. We don't respect each other.
