Helpful move anyway but hope DVLA will also ask for visual evidence of roads vehicles ply on.
If drivers are demanding for roads to be fixed which is evident that is being done, then they also have a responsibility to make sure their vehicles are roadworthy. He who demands equity must also come with clean hands.

Is this a joke ?? Even when I go to DVLA for my roadworthiness , nothing is even checked. Better start good maintenance of the roads here in Ghana , a car in 100 % condition will be destroyed before the end of the day.....
Right, let us assume that the roads are bad.
And the road worthy centers are issuing fake certificates without diligently conducting the necessary checks.

I applaud this move. There are too many rickety vehicles on our roads. If we are fixing the country this move is necessary.
Mr Dvla please what's about roads which are not worthy. Go and look at suhum - -koforidua and Nsawam-Adeiso roads and u have been talking and talking every day. Ask the government repair the roads for us.
Video evidence should be required for all vehicles, especially commercial vehicles being used as trotro, I still don't understand why most of these trotros are on the roads, knowing very well that 99.999% of them wouldn't pas ...

This is useless, have those testing centers in your own offices do it and issue certs. Or put your own personnel in those private centers to do the work. Why do u waste resources like that.
