Togbe Afede I afford you the respect you deserve but either you are being disingenuous or very economical with the truth in what you say. Your airline operates within the low cost airline category yet your fare prices do not reflect this. This is either because you have incompetent management but still you are profiteering to the hilt because of the lack of competition.Given your flights are always full and you don’t have competition in your sector, there is no need or effort for your outfit in collection of the money through exorbitant fares. My advice to you is to take action to reduce your fares now or once you face a competent competitor, Passion Air is a joke, Ghanaians don’t forget and will stop using your airline. Don’t be greedy as you are being now. Ghana government , aviation minister you need to get up off you lazy backside and actively do your job competently by bringing in more domestic competition, it’s is a disgrace you are sitting and watching us pay for a 30 minute flight that costs the same as an international 6 hour flight. Mr President your aviation minister is sleeping on the job….

It’s all lies. And this is how it starts, people want to use it but it is too expensive. They complain and u give excuses. People have compared your local operations and the cost per ticket to European market and explain how cheaper those tickets are but u continue to give excuses. Then foreign companies enters the market offer better service and cheaper tickets. U will go on again and complain how Ghanaians are not supporting the their own. Always blaming someone else but never them. The writings are on the wall. The roads will get better at least to the destinations you fly to, new comfortable buses will come and u will see a massive drop in customer occupancy. Very soon, just two years.

The exchange rate at the time was about 13 GHS to the dollar. The dollar is now kept in a narrow range 10.59 to 11.50 and the typical fare now is $250! Air fuel has increased but not to such an extent. Empty planes? Try booking a flight two or three days forward, they're full. Passion Air is about 1,000GHS cheaper and they are full.
This guy is taking everybody for a very expensive ride!
