  This not a good news there should be no depreciate at all, this means that every Ghanaians and those who has money at the bank has lost 10% of the value of his or her money , if we want to develop then we should avoid the depreciation of the cedi, the BoG should improve the purchasing power of the cedi to create jobs

  @ Emma, no, that is not anyone's thinking. We should not behave like ostriches hiding our heads in the sand. I remember then BOG Govnor Addison in 2024 said he can stabalise the cedi artificially, but that won't be sustainable. If we don't get the fundamentals right, no matter how much gold we sell to prop the cedi, we will eventually come back to square one.
