  Why not first concentrate on routes that'll sustain the airline, like Ghana-Europe, Ghana-N. America, Ghana-China and Ghana-S. Africa.

  How heavy is passenger frequency between West Africa and South America?
  
  What is worse, direct flight between Ghana and South American countries means direct drugs smuggle with countries like Columbia, Mexico etc.
  
  You mean good, but believe me, drug mules will use the route to bring more drugs to Ghana.
  
  If I were in your position, I'd certainly keep away from those countries.
  
  Meanwhile, why don't you fully complete those projects you have started before umping to new ones? Does it make any sense to initiate several projects when none of them is completed?
