  Common Regulatory standards is exactly what Africa needs to become a powerful force in the global market place.
  The AU must focus on this rather than the risk prone borderless human integration, the pan Africanist political propaganda.
  The real integration must start from the Regulatory Ideological frameworks to project unified standards across the economic sectors of the continent. This will enable Africa speak with one voice and from a position of strength in its international trade and investment agreements.
  When all other sectors are brough on board then Africa can have a stronger ideological backbone to initiate a seamless political integration. Until then African unity and integration would continue to be an elusive dream kept alive only by propagandist for their own personal popularity on the continent.
