  Apparently Blackman lacks common sense. Obviously there’s a way to mitigate these problems without demolishing or destroying these businesses worth millions of cedis. A whole city of Venice is standing in water. Government is to solve problems but not destroy people’s livelihood. I’m so sorry for the people who have lost their livelihood, people who have lost their investments. Africa is obviously a Sh….t hole continent ampa.
