  I sometimes do not see the need of sending our Finance Ministers & delegation to such Global Economic forums. Here we are some govt workers are paid below GHC2,000 (US$180) yet Govt cannot pay them on time. The Govt cannot even employ bcoz they don't generate enough revenue to meet that expenditure. What do we really go there to learn?
