Ablakwa, you dobt need 20 Pickup trucks to improve the Passport Service. What you beed are passport boklet printers in eaxg region. Just 4 vehicles could be distributing blank booklets to the region year round so the Passports are printed regionally just like ECOBANK dors with its visa card.
