The first raffle opens in November 2026, with five winners scheduled to be drawn on 4 December
Nsaa Play Limited has launched Chop Money, a mobile raffle platform that allows Ghanaians to enter prize draws for GH₵5 per ticket, with access available via USSD or a website and no app required.
Unveiled at Accra City Hotel on Thursday, 29 October 2026, Chop Money enables participants to compete for prizes ranging from smartphones and electronics to shopping vouchers and everyday essentials. Users can dial *2727# on any mobile phone, including basic handsets, or visit www.chopmoneygh.com. The USSD option works without an internet connection.
The first raffle opens in November 2026, with five winners scheduled to be drawn on 4 December 2026.
“Our ambition is to make participating straightforward and accessible, while giving people an exciting way to engage with prizes that are relevant to their everyday lives,” said Albert Aryee, General Manager of Nsaa Play Limited.
A representative of the National Lottery Authority (NLA) Caritas Team, Akua Serwaa Adu Darko, confirmed at the launch that Chop Money met the required standards and received the Authority’s official approval to operate its raffle draws.
The platform will publish details of available prizes and the rules for each raffle so participants know what is on offer before entering. Tickets cost GH₵5, offering an accessible entry point.
“Prizes are an important part of the excitement, and we want to offer items people recognise, value, and look forward to winning,” Aryee added.
Participants access the platform by dialling *2727# or visiting the website, choose a raffle, purchase a ticket, receive confirmation, and check published results after the draw. Multiple tickets may be bought where the rules allow, increasing the number of entries.
Nsaa Play intends to introduce further raffles and prizes as it develops Chop Money within Ghana’s digital entertainment market. For more information or to participate, dial *2727# or visit www.chopmoneygh.com.
