these are just scapegoats, free registration bribes and fixes were all over the country...regional capitals were prime...Dansoman down was worst, why go all the way to the North to get scapegoats ?

Way to go ! More of such dismissals needed across various govt agencies to bring sanity and address unemployment. You mess up you go and whoever is in the queue gets the job.
This impunity in the country must be tackled this way. Sack more of them.
