I hope you don't do the same mistake which Ethiopia did namely: Build a light rail system and have a train with just three (3) wagons. How can a train with 3 wagons solve the transportation problem in a city with millions of people? In the advanced industrialized countries their trains have sometimes up to eight (8) wagons to transport people across the city. For whatever reason we always get it wrong in Africa.
