  Ghana Revenue Authority must ensure that we as a nation get a proportionate share of the massive profits from the mining sector.
  
  Better still, we need to be looking to mine our own minerals ourselves and add value by refining and selling gold ourselves. We cannot continue to allow foreigners to control our mining industry.

  Wow, the Western Region is enriching foreign investors while mining communities remain in Stone Age living standards.It is sad the Chiefs of Western Region watch rogue politicians aid their impoverishment.
  Look at all the mineral and timber resources from the region and poverty is the curse of the region. The folks in the Western Region should be mad and raise hell; start a revolution to secure 30% of mineral profits too.

  To keep the money in the country we need to encourage the appointnent of more competent Ghanians in high positions like the South African countries like Namibia,Botswana, South Africa,Zimbabwe etc practice. Indirectly we are keeping money in the country and they will start addressing issues back home.So many incompetent foreigners running positions in Ghanana mines they cannot occupy in their own countries,
