  Are the Ghana security authorities aware, and if so what are they doing about the incident?
  
  These pirtates are nation wrekers.
  
  There should be intense discussion in the media about pirates operating off the West Coast of Africa.

  For growth in the non-oil sector to be sustain means that road and other capacity building needed for it must be redoubled. better feeder roads, better banking services, better post harvest handling capacities, better health ...
