  i think the high speed railway is a plus.but in my opinion,we must follow a sequence,thats`s 1,2,3...we must develop the inter city couch trains..eg.mokola to avenor,tema to mokola...conduct a survey and feed the high populat ...

  i think the high speed railway is a plus.but in my opinion,we must follow a sequence,thats`s 1,2,3...we must develop the inter city couch trains..eg.mokola to avenor,tema to mokola...conduct a survey and feed the high populated areas first.in this way development will spread faster.i am in china and this is how they started it.now bush areas are become hot spots for development.
