  It is about time we pay more emphasis on integrated post harvest management practices in Ghana, an area which has received very little attention as far as Min.of food and Agric.(MOFA) is concern. Farmers training in this area is nothing to write home about.This is as a result of lack of funds to organize farmer trainings.
