Personally, I think our MP's descision to boycot the vetting of Ministers is an act of convenience rather than logic. We are quick to take adhoc descisions forgeting about its future implications.
1. What will happen if Nana Akufo Addo is declared President of Ghana by the SC and subsequently go ahead to nominate his Ministers whiles we still have the NDC majority in Parliament? Have we also thought of a possible boycot or rejection of the nominees by the NDC majority?
2 Will our MP's have the moral ground to question the actions/work of these Ministers?
3 If NEC saw Kufuor as a state asset and allowed him to attend the Presidents investiture, does that not compromise the stance of our legislators? Doesnt this not amount to double stands?
Maybe I need some education, because I am as confused as everyone else.
