  Now that they have renovated the building,I hope their staff would also "renovate" their working attitudes also.Management should let their staff know that they don't own the bank.

  There are too many ladies here, retrain the proud ones, and also bring more guys to add some vim into your services. You should also provide more counters or tables for customers to write on.

  Bring back OVERDRAFT, Sometimes, you need some small money 'to add to your something to do your something', then they will say APPLY FOR A LOAN. Haaaaaba !.
  
  Tell your people at the Headquarters that, GCB is the people's bank. It was set up by Nkrumah to help the DOWNTRODDEN who can't go to the bourgeois banks, so overdrafts SHOULD ALWAYS BE PROVIDED. It is then that the masses will always be with you, and will never allow their bank to be sold to any group of rougues. Thanks ...

  Please, I hope in 2013, GCB process our salaries early as soon as it is released to them by the Gov't.
