  Had he written about the way Gyan failed to score for the Black Stars, there would have been hundreds of comments. The only way to get the country cleaned up is through education and punishment for wrong doing.However you cannot punish our citizens for public defecation if you dont provide them with clean toilets.The state should of course promote private sector participation.

  sanitation courts will help because it will put a little fear in those who create the filth.
