  The whole is from the top-down management problem. The company need to sell part of their stake,for example the services part to different companies who are ready to trade for profit. These companies would be able create a good environment for competition and competency as well.

  ECG should be dissolved and split up into Northern, Ashanti, Volta Basin and Southern independent power companies .This idea worked for AT&T in the USA. ECG is too big for it's own good.
