  How many times hasn't. Kweku Awotwi frustrated various power independent companies from investing in the power sector.
  Kweku thinks he is the only one that can generate power.
  The VRA thinks they are the only institution that generate power.
  Until that monopoly is taken away from them we shall continue not to be able to meet our 200 MW energy shortfall every year
