  If Ghanaians don't know they should ask the Russians under the former Soviet Union?During the communist regime they thought taxation was bad,but today Russians do not joke with their taxes.Mind you Russia has more natural resources than all the other European countries.By the way how can Ghana take taxation serious without proper national identification?
