  I live in Uk and there is no where you could see hawkers selling on pavements ,by road side or on streets .There laws which do not allow you to hawk on street and are strictly enforced by the police and council task force who always patrol to monitor activities in the borough hence it becomes difficult to hawk .In Ghana hawking and trading on pavements ,by the road side and the street is common because these people are lawless and have no respect for the laws,they dont want Ghana to progress even as the govt tries to sell the nation as gate way to west africa to attract investors and business ,its time AMA take all the necessary measures to get rid off these faceless and greedy traders on the streets and confined them to the market place ,i also suggest all kiosks sited at the wrong places in the city should be moved away to decongest the city.

  To decongest further, makola should be relocated away from Accra central and the place turned into offices. It is time to modernise. Sell that piece of land to developers for office blocks. Disperse activities that pull too m ...

Disperse activities that pull too many traders to Accra central. Some trotro stations should also be demolished

I have all the Ashantis they should go back to KUMASI and do that over there. Accra BELONGS to ONLY the GA people, if they don't know somebody has to tell them. FOOLISH PEOPLE the Ashanti FOOL and DIRTY and STINKY PEOPLE. Whip them all like ANIMALS and DRAG them to he SEA. DON'T HAVE SIMPATHY ON them at all.
