  Was this man not a former president of the bank? Come on Doc. What did you do when you were occupying thaqt position. Doctorate degree holders ar good at lecturing. They have no private sector experience yet in Ghana

  they occupy management positions in state corporations. And the reasons why these corporations are doing badly.
