  the Banks have never lowered rates in ghana like they do in usa..Banks are highly profitable in Ghana.. Thats why the rush by Nigeria and South Africa to aquire banks in Ghana...interest rates for saving in usa are only.5% and i bought pickup truck for 4.9% on 5 year loan!
