  Of all the finance ministers since 1993, except Dufuor, none comes anywhere near being qualified to be Terkper's messenger.

  More empty paper-pushing no action talk that can only impress the illiterate. I sad again to NDC after 20 years of JJ and the last 4 years what have you been doing ? So many funds and financial arrangements supposedly approved last year , billions in the system and yet no masterplan , no implementation plan or schedule talk less of the begins of micro economic benefit steaming from sound macro economic planning and policies .

  Anyway, I don't know the part you played in all the monies doled out to individuals and companies by your NDC Government when you were the Deputy Finance Minister under Duffour. How can the people trust you with this job? Anyway time will tell and we live to see what transformation the country's finances will look like under your custodianship. Again I say congratulations.

  When policies are made, they have a great deal of effect on the populace of this dear country.Its high time we put politics behind and personality attacks and forge ahead.I believe the minister saw the errors of his former boss as he was the deputy and think now that he is in charge can correct those errors and carry on with the good.My only advice to the minister and all other ministers is that the passion with which they want to serve coupled with other good attitudes like punctuality should be maintained throughout the four-year period so as to ensure a better ghana for all.They should not let the odds become normal as we always see in previous govts. Congratulations Mr Minister and wishing you all the best
