Is Ghana not an oil producing country? What do the useless Ministers of Energy do? Other than chop money? AND THIS IS A NON PARTISAN RANT, BOTH NDC AND NPP ARE EQUALLY CULPABLE! USE BUNCH OF FOOLS!
