  Trust me some 'slick' operator will make some coin out of this obvious 'flip', as this transaction is commonly referred to in the real estate market. The buyer, Menenrgy Int`l, was brought in to create an 'arms lenght' transaction;and having acquire the said properties dirt cheap,it will turn around and sell back to the Ghana Railways company at a hefty profit,without raising suspicion at all.
  Let the GRA follow this deal, and levy the appropriate tax on any capital gains derived by Menergy Int`l
  Ltd.

  BUY BACK A PROPERTY WHICH HAS BEEN AUCTIONED? WHAT WERE YOU DOING ALL THE TIME?
  This is the tip of the iceberg. Clueless , questionable idiots are given positions because of contacts they have, not their competence. SACK THIS MAN NOW or the board should resign.

  Because wise and caring people spoke against this very SSNIT AUCTION OF THE GRA PROPERTIES yesterday on GHANAWEB,this foolish manager has come out of his shells and senses to say he is trying to buy back the properties.WHAT A WASTE OF GHANA'S FUNDS.He should be fired and a better person be replaced to fight and get the property back.He would have stayed aloof,if wisemen that came on the GHANAWEB yesterday didn't criticise it.People think GHANAIANS ARE STILL FOOLS.GONE ARE THOSE DAYS WHEN RAWLINGS WOULD SHUT THE MOUTHS OF PEOPLE,SO HE WAS DOING ANYTHING WITH HIS CROOKS WITH IMPUNUTY.We should talk and fight for GHANA'S FREEDOM AND JUSTICE AND LIVE IT.

  PEOPLE LIKE THIS SHOULDN'T BE EMPLOYED IN ANY SECTOR, NO WONDER THE COUNTRY RESOURCES ARE BEING CARRIED AWAY BY FOREIGNERS WHILES POOR GHANAIANS ARE LEFT HOLDING THE BAG EACH TIME

  Enemy of Ghana is at work destroying the nation to the best of their ability.Mahama is buying unnecessary helicopters and GRA is loosing property to private folks and state institution was rot into maggots and rejoicing paying judgement debts.What is shocking is that SNNIT is not persue the caretaker president brother on his fail on paid loan and has auction GRA properties and let the president brother go free without auction his properties is unjust and unfair.There is no justice in Ghana.
