  The Vice President has voiced out what would help the SMALL BUSINESS INSTITUTIONS IN GHANA.That is the best he has ever said since he became the VICE PRESIDENT.GHANA'S BANK INTEREST RATES are more than what the WESTERN BLOCK even charges.Yet Ghana is a developping country.WHAT IS SO SPECIAL ABOUT GHANA TO ATTRACT SUCH HUGE INTEREST RATE IN BANKS?I DON'T KNOW.How many want to borrow from Ghanaian Banks,anyway?Except only corrupt people.
