I am still begging the Government of Ghana to take bold decision and partner with others to take over TOR. There is no way TOR can make it in its current situation. TOR is saddled with debtors. TOR cannot even pay 'End of Service Benefits' to its retired staff. TOR still owes SSNIT even though deductions are made from employees' salaries. My dear Mr President TOR needs a real restructuring like you said in your State of the Nation's address. Starting the Plants next March is not the solution. Whose crude oil is TOR going to refine? How much did the suppliers sell the crude oil to TOR? Is TOR not going to process at a loss looking at the time lapse? TOR is in a very sad and disturbing state. I am making this passionate appeal to you to take action now. It is long overdue. Thank you.

But how can you when the refinery is closed most of the time. The oil lifting cabal is watching and planning their next move to stop it.We are becoming like NIgeria. The diesel generator and oil lifting mafiasos working together will ensure we never get TOR an stable electricity unless GOd himself intervenes on our behalf.
