Cocoa inputs are distributed to agents to be share to farmers. pls go underground and the farmer, you will be shocked by the answers that you wil hear. For instance "confidor" is being sold at 30ghc with the inscription NOT FOR SALE (COCOBOD).The rest are treated like essential commodities, where do the farmer get proper chemicals from?
