  Why should the government continue paying the debt of TOR? The refinery must be closed down or sold so that it can be operated for profit and not for losses.

  sometimes i have tie myself down to restrain myself from pulling out my hair after reading such reports.. its 2013 and Mr. Minister is talking debt level at 2009. Are we debt-free in 2013? we want to know about the state of our beloved Ghana as at now!!! R we even serious as a country? we have our own oil, our own refinery and yet we are running this business into huge debt!!

  So what is the current debt status of TOR, and what is the plan forward? Mr. Minister, please be a little painstaking next time to present specifics with details, also try to be more current with Ghanaians.
