This is a good development. The Private Sector in Ghana should wake up from its deep slumber and invest across Africa. Nigerians are everywhere across Africa investing in banks, telecomms,entertainment industry etc.

The point is, if need Ghana needs $2b to solve the nations problems, if we are borrowing $3b to solve our gas, railway and major infrustructure problems, if Juapong Textiles needs Ghc3.5m to Tay n business and also improve employment capacity from 750 to 2,000, if Ghana cant solve our energy problems and businesses are collapsing and our neighboring countries are begging us to ncrease supplies to them then where are our priorities? Is this he time to cut sod for a $10Billion ego driven project? Certainly not. In any case where is the $10 Billion coming from? How much is RLG contributing and how much is the government of Ghana paying? Wha guarantees will the state provide for all this? We live in plenty but are poor. Africa's poverty is n our thinking. Can we imaging working n he 70th floor and there s power outage and elevators etc cease to work? Can we imaging if there is a fire outbreak even n the 30th floor, how can such fire be put out? When we refuse to prioritize. We need more clarification. Who tendered the project? Has it been approved by parliament? Or may b let me save my breath cos Agambire is raising all the funds himself. If so, then cudos. But if not, then let's start the interrogation. God save Ghana
