  Is the Board of the GTFC seriously saying that there are no Ghanaians who could have undertaken such a feasibility study? The answer is no. Did they contact the Ghana Institution of Surveyors and their Planning equivalent to find out if they could recommend any Ghanaian individuals or firms to undertake the feasibility. Please give Ghanaian professionals a chance and stop farming out all the work to foreigners.
