  What would be the expectation when we all work and draw salaries and allowances from the central government, yet some people are paid 7,000 and over cedis for a month, and 50,000 cedis for rent advance, when in the first place rent advance must not exceed three months rent, and you equally intend to increase salaries of Lecturers, when an administrative assistant in the same university is receiving just about 11,000 as yearly salary, why would the gap not be there?
  the messenger, sanitary, and others who complement the work of any academic worker is equally important. South is in practice in Ghana under a different colour and name.
