  This idea is good, but I hope those leading this organisation will implement efficient and effective management and control mechanisms in pplace to avoid and address issues like:
  1. Fraud and corruption
  2. Nepotism
  3. Bribery and preferential treatment in the housing alloction and so on.
  Mismanagement at every level of the Ghanaian society and lack of managerial know is what is affecting Ghana's development and poverty alleviation.
  I hope this programme will not be a nine day wonder.

  The Korean STL deal is in Limbo.The Government should encourage Private Contractors and the State Housing corporation to build homes for their employees instead of giving billions of our money to foreign companies to make them rich.

  maybe 50% or less in usa...If good wage is paid they can buy like credit union is doing or let the credit union loan money instead of building!

  in usa they might be 1 acre.1/2- 1/3 plot so 60 houses is lot for 12 acre..shouldn't be more than 30 houses
