  Your plan is good, and got to come into play. You did mentioned water, thus a good move, but you left out one thing. Just include the power situation. Just remember all the tome that the Akosombu Dam has done its part for the country Gahan and therefore we have to respect that. We have to give it a brake, it's about time we focuse ahead and find an alternative power source. Almost a hundread yes, we can not relie on Hydro electric system until thy kingdom come so now let's device a plan for an alternative.
  God so good our country find its self in a 24by 7 x4 x12 condition of the solar rise why can't we set up works shop to get this system into play. At list we could use this system to power our various homes, and than leave te Akusombo to the industries, and than we put the so call tariffs on them why because this is where we can get this companies that refuse to pay teir Taxes to the government.
  What a we going to using the proceeds from the so call new discovries of oil for? What are we going to use the little fash we get from our diamonds and gold markets for? Use them for political campaigns? This is BS.
  It is about time for Ghana, Ghana to rise up it heads from SHAME.
  I tell you Ghana, it's about time we institute the system of vote of no confidence in our counstition, so that we can get reaid of presidents and people that we vote into power who seems not to be ready for the Job.
  Even thoght that could not be found any where in the American system of Government, yet this is our country, and we could include it. Like I said it would be the easiest way to get reaid of guys like Mahamah who is not ready.

  Great idea deserving of the gov'ts attention but knowing my country so well, i'm under no illusion that it will jettisoned in a hurry. In Ghana, when the provision of infrastructure doesn't come under ministerial or political control which guarantees big chops apart from enhacing their electoral fortunes, you can be sure that the proposal or project will be steamied at birth.
