THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH should spend money to train EVERY GHANAIAN ON HOW TO ADMINISTEE/EXECUTE CPR(CARDIO PULMINARY RESORCITATION.This knowledge can save millions of peaples lives in GHANA.Since automotive accidents,mal-nutrition,diseases etc can send someone into coma,a faint/pass-out,CPR is the only immediate procedure that can take victims of such nature out of unwanted death to life,before ambulance or any hospital,clinics are accessed.I was very sad to know this procedure in CANADA when I was trained on how to preform it,because,I remembered how many people die because of ignorance on this simple technique/procedure.It just involve:(1)First,laying the FAINTED PERSON flat on the bare floor(not on bed),(2)Pinch the vein at the wrist "at the position exactly under the thumb",to feel the "PULSE".If there is no PULSE felt,then BLOW AIR (MOUTH TO MOUTH) into the victim.Feel the PULSE again by (pinching the vein/artery) again.If there is no PULSE, cross your palms exactly on the center of chest of the patient(victim)(FOR PRIVACY SAKE:MAN SHOULD DO FOR MAN,AND WOMAN FOR A WOMA) and press on it 10 times,and feel the PULSE AGAIN.If there is no pulse,repeat t e procedures all around until you feel the pulse.THAT PROCEDURE,IF THE PERSON HAS NOT DIED BEFORE,CAN REVIVE HIS LIFE THAN LOSINF IT.I was very surprised that THE MINISRY OD HEALTH IN GHANA,has one unit called COMMUNITY HEALTH NURSES,who went about educating the masses on BIRTH CONTROL but never seized this opportunity to add such an important procedure in their crusade.MANY PEOPLE HAVE DIED IN AFRICA without knowing this simple procedure.THE MINISTRY OF HEALTH SHOULD TEACH THIS.In CANADA,EVEN A GROUP CAN CALL THE AMBULANCE,FIRE SERVICES to come and train them,and they will be happy to come and train you.IT COULD BE STARTED FROM SCHOOLS,SO THEY COULD ALSO TRAIN PEOPLE AT HOMES. THAT WOULD SAVE MILLIONS OF LIVES IN AFRICA.GOD BLESS GHANA AND AFRICA.
