Why should a gov't owe a company in its own country to that much and expect them to deliver? I think the gov't is part to be blame for the colapsing of TOR, ECG, VRA and all funtionaries. Why? the don't pay their debt.

What private business will allow the government the owe them such huge sums of money?

What angers me most is the money is there but they use it for other unimportant things.

Just look at the way salaries and allowances have been increased so high recently for non performing fools in parliament? That money could be used to reduce the bill to help them provide better services to lesson the burden on citizens.

They must arrest and prosecute heads of ministries whose term in office increased the bills to date. If they have properties, confiscate them auction them to pay off some of the cost.

The saddest thing is these people are rewarded in addition when they go on retirement and it continues in that cycle.
