    Why go for Loans to solve the Utilities - Gas, Water, Electricity etc - problem.
    Please sell them off to the multi-nationals and let them manage these utilities without bribery and corruption. The prices will get steeper but ...

    This grant will not solve Ghana's program. To solve it, we need to change the current leadership system and put in place Engineers to take charge of affairs.
