  DISTRIC HEALTH DIRECTOR, I wonder why you boldly said the ambulance given the district by national ambulance service has broken. my question do you expect the national ambulance service to repair or service the ambulance for you? Don't you budget for car maintainance? Did you do a course in management before you became district director? If yes, then go to GIMPA for an organizational course. thank you, bye.
