Let the public see the latest Balance Sheet of Merchant bank. Ghanaian public wil;l want to know the net assest of the bank and more importantly the debtors' and creditors'list of the bank

The information provided in this write up cannot be with any merit. There seems to be no coherence between the Heading and the Content. What does rejection of the 2012 Account Publication(assuming that is true) got to do with approval of the merger. Which information in the 2011 financials is BOG not satsfied with. In any case, the article indicates that the approval will not be 'anytime soon',meanwhile the heading portrays a complete disapproval.Which is which we need more detailed information if the article is something to go by.
