  More kudos to the Kpando municipal assembly.........jx pray dat these money will be used to develop the town to a very gud standard nd also create more job opportunities for the youth.A suburb of Kpando named Torkor can even be developed nd decorated into a tourist attraction site for foreigners which will earn much revenue for the country.........Torkor happens to be the central point for business but now business is actually down due to poor nature of roads ,lack of ferries to transport goods nd pple to the other side of the lake........poor nature of the harbour nd landing place for ferries......only one telecommunication network which happens to be MTN but not all that active....making it difficult for business to move speedily due to communication problems....No police station in the town for security reasons...there are two long bridges which are also not in any good shape........Torkor should be developed to make name for the kpando municipal assembly as an interesting site of attraction in tourism..........Wish the pple of Kpando all da best...........

  The only district center not developing due to huge corruption. It is time public opinion begins to stir in some actions for a change to the old-age mentality.
