  GRA is an enitity that is not necessary.In Ghana we have IRS for internal revenue, Customs for revenue on imports and export and SSNIT for contributions to secure the society. These organisations' systems for collecting these various revenues must be audited by the Auditor General on behalf of the nation state Ghana. These institutions after Independence have systematically created systems that put the states monies into individuals pocket. For this reason and this reason alone, we Ghanaians are said to be magicians, corrupt,etc. Mr Blankson you know this is true and GRA as a super structure cannot deal with this cancer.
